Roast and Despatch

All coffee is roasted Monday/Friday Weekly.

We aim to ship all orders within a maximum of 48hrs of them being placed Monday to Friday.

During peak seasons such as Christmas there may be a small delay. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with your shipment details and tracking number. If you do not get this email or if you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact us.

Christmas Deliveries Last Order Days:

UK ROYAL MAIL 48 - TRACKED	Mon 18th December 12pm*
UK APC - PARCEL - TRACKED	Weds 20th December 12pm*
Roastery Local Pickup	Thurs 21st December 12pm**

*Same day dispatch cut off is 12pm Midday

These dates are recommended by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Orders placed after these dates will still be fulfilled up to 12pm 22nd December and arrival will be based on the busyness of our delivery partners. Our roastery will open on the 29th to process Christmas period orders for one day, before commencing normal production on the 2nd January.

**Local Pickup orders are processed by our production team and cannot be fulfilled by the espresso bar team or retail stand stock.

All UK shipments are processed via Royal Mail (Tracked 48) or APC (Aimed Next Working Day).

Shipping times vary depending on which service is selected. However, Tracked 48 or APC packages are not guaranteed for delivery by next day.

For aimed next working day delivery, please select APC shipment and place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail 48 Parcels can take a maximum of 14 days to reach you on rare occasions. If parcels are not received 3-4 working days after ordering please get in touch for updated tracking.

Please be aware, we aim to ship equipment orders within 48hrs and are dependant on incoming stock levels.
